Cancellation Policy

At Ashwaveda Naturals Pvt. Ltd., we strive to process all orders quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

  • If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.

Cancellation by Ashwaveda

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, prepaid customers will receive a full refund.
